This villa of 358 ft² on 2 floors is located on the peninsula next to the big house of the Ile de la Lagune, a few steps away from the small wooden pontoon. It features 3 bedrooms and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 shower rooms and 2 WCs, hair dryer, hair straightener as well as a private garden with griddle, and two terraces, one of which is equipped with a private jacuzzi.

Located in the Newport Pavillon just next to the hotel, this room has a sitting area, a private garden with a view and access to the Laguna, an in-room kitchen, a bathroom with bath tub and shower, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer and separated toilets. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and a HD TV with Canal Plus and other channels.
